It has been a long time that I have dealt with my flesh to the point of death. Ok. I am been putting up with it. Repenting, feeling terrible, yes but that was my problem right there. We were never supposed to deal but to mortify this stinky residue of the old men. “This kind of demon ONLY will come out through fasting and prayer “ , immediately after my husband heard those words here we go through 3 days water fasting (flesh cannot destroy the Kingdom of death and flesh cannot enter in to the Kingdom of light). During our corporate fasting and fellowship in Kenya, there was no delicious chapatti. But what really punched my stomach was not even hunger but the words of Galatians 5. You are right, Paul! I have been doing all wrong. FLESH, I hate you! You will not put up with you any longer, You will not give you my tongues, I will pay no attention to your desires, I will not respond to you, I will not react to you, I will give no, NONE provision for you, flesh! Romans 13
You are dead! I mortify you daily! Your lust, your pride will be replaced but the very spirit of God. I hang you on that cross and I let the blood of Jesus washes over you. The nails will keep you that until He says “it’s finished”! To my God I commit my whole being! My tongue, my eyes, my ears, my thoughts!
I put on Christ! (Romans 13:14). I cast off of me the work of my flesh! I put on the armor of light around my heart. I keep myself on that cross! I will not get off until I see my flesh taking the last breath! It’s finished! Silence will kill you! You have no place. I give you no voice!
You are easy to be overtaken! My Spirit is so willing, so strong and you are so weak. I let you crave to death and I will NOT feed you anymore! I shall NOT fulfill your lust, your wants. I walk in and by the Spirit. Romans 8:1-12
I will not wrestle against your friends: every one that is of the flesh and in the flesh! I will not join them. I will not empower them. My warfare is not done in the flesh! I will not waste my time any longer fighting in my flesh and getting nothing done. Ephesians 6:12 I will fight in the Spirit not being led by you, but by the Spirit of God!
I will not sow to my own flesh or to the flesh of others. I will not reap any more corruption or death! I will only sow to the Spirit and I will reap from the Spirit eternal life. I will not grow weary of doing good, for in due season I will reap. I will not give up. Galatians 6:8
I urge myself to abstain from the passions of the flesh, which wage war against your soul. 1 Pet 2:11 I will eat of Jesus’ flesh. I will desire only what He desires. I am ONE flesh with Him. I will not camp around my flesh. I will not have to keep on battling with it because you are dying right now! You can scream louder until you lose your voice. You will not be heard! I was never supposed to struggle against you. Because the problem is that I have not resisted you to the point of shedding my own blood. Hebrews 12:4. I resist you! I rip you off of my new man! I reject every fruit that comes from you! I will not produce, eat nor serve them!
Grace! Grace! Grace! The grace of God has trained me to renounce you, to renounce your ungodliness and your worldly passions. Titus 2. You are full of it! You have kept me away from my Father! You have kept me outside His kingdom! You have kept me powerless in so many areas. You have still my peace, my joy, my nations. No more! Glory to the cross, to the blood and to those nails! He has redeemed me from you! From all lawlessness and He has purified me for Himself! I do not belong to you. I am flesh of His flesh. Bone of His bone. The two has become one flesh that cross! I have joined myself to the Lord! So I am ONE spirit, ONE flesh, ONE body with Him! 1 Cor 6:16-17 I have been crucified! I have been dead for you and I still am. No more giving in.. My spirit is coming alive. It is getting stronger once again and is taking over you...I always will reap eternal life! I always will walk in Him! No more in and out. No more, in you. So, once and for all, today and tomorrow, I say: “ Die, flesh, die! “
